Parlez-Vous Menu?
Yesterday on my way to work I saw this sign promoting croissant's long lost Austrian cousin, the "crossiand":
... and on Monday I found official confirmation that Cordon Bleu should not only be pronounced "Gordon bleu", but written with a "g" as well. (Writing "schnitzel" with an "n" is optional, however.)
Flash Gordon, eat your heart out: here comes Bleu Gordon!

in Romania this is so usual: I guess nobody knows anymore who Cordon is, but Gordon is sooooooo famous :))
