Vintage Bag

This is a bag which my Mum emroidered for her mother in petit point technique when she was a teenager. I found it a) endearing that my granny kept it all those years and b) amazing what kind of "technically advanced" if not necessarily creative things children produced back in the 1950s and '60s. Besides, it's a pretty cool bag and I might wear it with an LBD should the occasion arise.
