Secondary Literature

Today in one month's time, Chiquita and yours truly will be travelling to Japan! We're very excited and whereas I haven't really tackled my fat guide book yet (I like to do this very last-minute, i.e. on the plane), I've been reading several books on Japan:

I particularly liked Sushi and Beyond -great writing even if you're neither into the country, nor its culinary offerings.
